1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Notch application, Chrome extension, or website (collectively, the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Permitted Use

Notch is intended to be used as a personal or professional utility to securely relay notifications and One-Time Passwords (OTPs) across devices you own or have permission to operate. You agree not to use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose, including but not limited to unauthorized interception of communications.

3. Intellectual Property

Notch is proprietary software. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including any accompanying documentation, are exclusively owned by the developer (Ajit Singh). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or distribute the Software without express written permission.

4. "As-Is" Software and Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE AUTHOR MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk. The developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost data, security breaches, or failure of the Software to perform as expected.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
